KST Body Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 2025

By enrolling in a KST Body Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a fair and consistent experience for all members while protecting KST Body’s business operations.

1. Membership Overview

  • KST Body offers tiered memberships with varying levels of access, perks, and services.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

  • KST Body reserves the right to modify membership benefits at any time with prior notice to members.

2. Membership Fees & Billing

  • Memberships are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected at the time of enrollment.

  • Payments are automatically processed on the renewal date using the payment method on file.

  • Members are responsible for ensuring payment details are up to date to avoid service disruptions.

  • All prices are subject to change. Members will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any pricing adjustments.

3. Membership Renewals & Cancellations

  • All memberships automatically renew unless canceled at least five (5) days before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations can be requested through the member’s online account or by contacting KST Body customer support.

  • If a cancellation request is made after a billing cycle has begun, the membership will remain active until the end of that billing period.

  • No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

4. Refund Policy

  • All membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may only be considered in cases of billing errors or extenuating circumstances (such as documented medical conditions preventing service use).

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Membership Freezes & Modifications

  • Members may request to freeze their membership once per calendar year for up to 30 days without penalty.

  • Upgrade or downgrade requests for membership tiers can be made anytime, taking effect in the next billing cycle.

6. Membership Benefits & Usage

  • Benefits vary by membership tier and are subject to change at KST Body’s discretion.

  • Services and perks cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.

  • Members must comply with all policies, booking procedures, and cancellation policies related to services.

7. Termination & Revocation

  • KST Body reserves the right to terminate or revoke a membership if a member:

    • Engages in misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or policy violations.

    • Fails to make required payments after the grace period.

    • Abuses the membership benefits or violates any terms outlined in this agreement.

  • If a membership is revoked due to policy violations, no refund will be issued.

8. Liability & Indemnification

  • Members acknowledge that participation in KST Body services is at their own risk.

  • KST Body is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from service use.

  • Members agree to release KST Body from any claims related to their participation in services or activities.

9. Policy Updates

  • KST Body reserves the right to update these Membership Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Members will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any significant policy changes.

  • Continued membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
