KST Body Med Spa Return Policy

At KST Body Med Spa, your satisfaction is our priority. Below are our guidelines for returns, cancellations, and no-shows:

1. Service Refunds:
   Services are generally non-refundable once completed. If you’re dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
2. Product Returns:
   Products can be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
   Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
   Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
   No-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the booked service.
4. Exceptions:
   Certain treatments or products may have specific guidelines due to hygiene or safety reasons. Please consult with our staff for details.
